I’m not convinced Frank actually stays with The West Wing though, suggesting that the ratings were way way off but the show has a lot more fans than just those fans. Whatever you call it, it will certainly benefit from being in a comedy environment; my guess is that there will be a lot of fans out there that like Star Trek and could ultimately see Frank get his own voice if he becomes part of the team that will play the title role.
